What happens after the trial ends?

Any comments you replied to will remain unchanged, and we will delete your data after 7 days.

How do I get set up?

Simply install the app and follow the on-screen instructions. There are a few quick questions, then you'll be sent a sample notification

The entire process usually takes 2-3 minutes.

How do I approve new comments on my Shopify blog?

Every email notification from Sunny will include a link to approve the comment in a single tap or click.

How do I stop spam comments on my Shopify Blog?

Sunny's proprietary spam filter automatically catches 90% of spam comments.

Some comments will be sent to you via email, and you can mark them as spam with a single tap or click in the email. This will also help make our blog comment spam filter more effective.

How do I reply to comments on my Shopify blog?

Simply reply to the email notification from Sunny, following the formatting instructions. Sunny will then add your reply to the comment on your blog, and also email your reply to the original commenter"

Can I use Sunny for comments that were left before I installed the Shopify App?

Yes! Simply click "historical comments" on the Settings page, set the date range and Sunny will email you a notification for every comment in that range, where you can reply, approve or mark as spam

Are there any limits or extra fees?

There are no extra fees. Each store has unlimited blogs and comments. There is a limit of 3 email addresses to receive notifications.

Does it work with my Shopify theme?
